Buying
How do I get the files?
Right after payment you get a download link on screen and by email. No account needed.
Lost your download link?
Search your inbox and spam for payhip.com. Still nothing? Write me with the email you paid with and I help you get it back.
Is there tax on top?
In Germany, the EU and most other countries: no, you pay the price you see. VAT-exempt small business (§ 19 UStG): I charge no VAT. UK: Payhip adds 20% VAT at checkout. US and Canada: Payhip may add sales tax. Payhip sends you the invoice.
Can I get a refund?
For downloads, the right of withdrawal ends once you start the download (you agree to this at checkout). If something does not work, write me and I will fix it. Services: money back until I start working.
Using
How do I install an asset?
Copy the SupportCreator folder into your project's Content folder, Resave All, Build Verse Code, then drag it into your island. Each download has a README.
Are updates free?
Yes. New versions come through your original download link.
Do the assets press Like or Follow for players?
No. Fortnite gives Verse no events for real likes or follows, and Epic's rules forbid tricks that push players to favorite or recommend. The assets remind players at a calm moment.
License
Can I use it in monetized islands?
Yes. The commercial license covers all of your own islands, published and monetized, also team projects you are part of.
What is not allowed?
Reselling, sharing or uploading the files, or putting them in templates, map kits or other asset packs.
Custom work
How fast is it?
You get a fixed date before you pay. Need it sooner? Express gets you the first draft in about half the time for 30% more.
When do I pay?
Order buttons: at checkout on Payhip. Request buttons: only after you get a fixed price from me and say yes.
Do you need my Epic login?
No. Trailers, art and reviews only need your island code or game link. For bigger projects we set up access together, never with your password.
Will you show my project?
Trailers and creatures: only to present my work, never for sale. I may show the finished work in my portfolio and on my channels after your island or game is public, at the latest 60 days after delivery. I only name you if you want. Want it kept private? Tell me before I start. Whole islands: as agreed in your contract.
Can we share the island earnings instead?
For whole islands, yes: a fixed price or a share of the island earnings, agreed in writing before work starts.
